Online Exerminations

We are conducting remote consultations via video via Microsoft Teams or LINE.

Currrently, face to face consultaions are required for initial consultaions.

During regular follow-up visits after the initial visit we can do the remote consultaion.

After the consultaion, please pay via both PayPay's QR code or bank transfer provided. The consultation fee is about 3910yen(This is the sum of the self-paid portion of the digital device usage surcharge and the self-paid portion of the insured medical treatment. If you do not have a Japanese medical card and wish to pay for private payment, the cost will be approximately 7000yen.

There are two ways to receive your prescription: either have it mailed to your home from a pharmacy arranged by our clinic, or you will be issued a digital prescription, which you can then present at any pharmacy along with your My Number card to receive your prescription. For digital prescriptions, you must obtain a My Number card.

Please note that the above prices do not include medication costs.

リモート診療では初診時は対面診療が義務付けられています。処方料及び再診療は保険適応ですがデジタル機器使用加算として3500円の自費負担を申し受けています。（自立支援適応の１割負担では自己負担3640円、３割負担では概ね3910円程度となります）薬局からの郵送か電子処方箋の発行による任意薬局での処方薬の受け取りが可能です。
